Last time that free food was offered like this, it was for a good cause. Now the stars and planets have aligned once again to offer the famished Londoner a tasty meal this side of the Cheapside track.
Monsieur M., a Thai and Vietnamese restaurant in Old Street, is offering a half day free food extravaganza for the adventurous food fan that dares venture into the neighbourhood. For twelve glorious hours, from 12pm to 12am on Wednesday April 14, the restaurant is offering their smorgasbord (actually just a free main and a side dish) of South Eastern Asian cuisine to try out and see if you like it. However, you must remember that drinks are not free… but hey, beggars can’t be choosers!
Normally Monsieur M. offers a selection of three fresh dishes every day, costing £7.90 each, in addition to a mouth watering selection of shakes and smoothies for only £3.80.
